• You know you really oughta,
• Reduce your use of water,
  • Supplies are getting shorter,
  • Ev’ry day.
  • So when you take a shower,
  • Don’t stand there for an hour,
  • You’ll smell just like a flower,
  • Anyway.
  • And we will fill our dams with water
  • Right to the top.
  • We always will save our fresh water
  • Each little drop.
  • So when you hose your roses.
  • Don’t waterlog their toeses,
  • They don’t like overdoses
  • I’m afraid.
  • And when you do your brushing,
  • Don’t leave the water gushing,
  • Because it’s only flushing
  • Down the drain.
  • And we will fill our dams with water
  • Right to the top.
  • We always will save our fresh water
  • Each little drop.
  • Each little drop.

• Shakes forefinger accusingly.
• Arms spread – shrink in.
• Hand on head – get “shorter”.
• Right arm up, left hand washing chest.
• Arms at sides close eyes, head bowed.
• Hands spread each side of head, smile.
• Holds “hose” – Left hand on hip.
• Small steps on-the-spot.
• Rubs tummy, mouth downturned.
• Tooth brushing motion left hand.
• Turns off “tap” with right hand.
• Arms at sides, hands out, spiral down.
